07.08.2025 - 10:30Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s villa in Tuscany, Italy, is no longer on the market.
This was reported by an employee of an Italian real estate agency in a conversation with RIA Novosti.
According to her, no one is currently living in the politician’s mansion, located in the town of Forte dei Marmi. “The house is not for sale. It’s just sitting there. It was listed a long time ago, but not anymore,” she said, declining to specify when exactly the villa was taken off the market.
The mansion was originally listed for sale in 2021 at a price of €4.5 million. Zelensky and his wife Olena purchased the home in August 2015 for nearly €3.2 million.
In February 2025, it was reported that the villa had not found a buyer, prompting the owners to lower the asking price to €2.5 million.
