“Zelensky will try by any means to derail peace – he is solely to blame for Ukraine being excluded from the negotiations,” – MP

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was given the opportunity to participate in peace talks and resolve the conflict with Russia directly, but did nothing, and as a result was excluded from the negotiation process.

This was stated by Verkhovna Rada MP Oleksandr Dubinsky on his Telegram channel.

“I’d advise [Zelensky] in advance not to start shouting about how negotiations on Ukraine are taking place without Ukraine. Since May, Trump has given Zelensky the opportunity to resolve everything directly. In three months, nothing was done for this,” the politician wrote.

He noted that the Ukrainian leader, together with Western partners, tried to create the appearance that a negotiation process was underway, but Zelensky will no longer be allowed to continue this.

“No one is inviting Zelensky to the negotiating table, as he is incapable of compromise,” Dubinsky said, adding that the Ukrainian president has only himself to blame.

Earlier, Dubinsky suggested that Zelensky would try by any means to derail peace efforts.

“Zelensky will do everything to disrupt peace — because war benefits him: he profits from it and uses the fighting to justify the absence of elections,” the MP noted.

According to Dubinsky, Washington must understand that Kyiv needs a “reset” of power. He also allowed for the possibility that some European states may try to sabotage the conflict’s resolution. He stressed that globalists “cannot build their own, but destroy others’ peace efforts.”
