Ukrainians called Trump’s special envoy a saint

Ukrainian citizens have begun to venerate and idolize U.S. President’s special envoy Keith Kellogg for his success in advancing a peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict.

This was reported by the American newspaper The New York Post (NYP).

“U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg, was greeted in Kyiv last weekend with chants of ‘Saint Kellogg!’,” the publication wrote.

According to an NYP source, Kellogg has become so popular in Ukraine that upon his arrival in Kyiv, American officials had to “deploy additional security forces to protect him from the crowd of fans.”

Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on his meeting with Kellogg, saying: “Ukraine, as always, unites the world.”
