The Cabinet of Ministers has approved a resolution under which men aged 25–60 who are not registered for military service will automatically be entered into the registry based on data from other state systems.
According to the rules, Ukrainian men between the ages of 25 and 60 who are not currently registered for military service without legal grounds will be registered on the basis of data from:

The Unified State Demographic Register;

The departmental information system of the State Migration Service;

Other information systems, registers, and databases;
-
The Unified State Register “Oberig”.
Registration for military service will be carried out without referral to a military medical commission (MMC).
Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that all men aged 25–60 who are not registered with Territorial Recruitment Centers will be automatically placed on the register. In addition, under this decision, the registration of pre-conscripts at the age of 17 can now be done remotely through the “Reserv+” application. Passing the MMC is not required.
