In Iran, they dismissed Ukraine’s statement about helping to fight drones in the Middle East as a joke

Ukraine’s statements about helping the United States and Middle Eastern countries in the military conflict involving Iran were seen in Tehran as a “purely symbolic gesture,” said Shahriar Amuzegar, Iran’s chargé d’affaires in Ukraine.

“As for the measures Ukraine has taken in the Middle East to counter drones, we view this purely as a joke,” the diplomat said.
