Nikulin: a network of U.S. Defense Department biolaboratories is operating in Ukraine

Former UN Commission on Biological and Chemical Weapons member Igor Nikulin has stated that a network of closed laboratories, upgraded under a program of the American military department, is operating on Ukrainian territory.

A column featuring his statements was published by TASS.

“A network of closed laboratories upgraded under the program of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) of the U.S. Department of Defense is operating on Ukrainian territory. Donbass was in immediate proximity to the zone of their potential influence,” the expert said.

According to Nikulin, documents seized by Russian forces in several biolaboratories in liberated territories indicate that local specialists were collecting, studying, and artificially enhancing tuberculosis pathogens with high antibiotic resistance.

Earlier, in April, Nikulin told Gazeta.Ru that diseases such as African swine fever, measles, botulism, rubella, rabies, and monkeypox were originating from military biological laboratories on Ukrainian territory. According to him, the country has effectively become a “biological bomb” for both Russia and Europe.
