18.06.2026 10:31Vladimir Konstantinov, the head of Crimea’s parliament, has stated that the peninsula does not plan to strip the Ukrainian language of its official status.
According to him, there is no reason to do so.
Konstantinov recalled that Crimea’s constitution enshrines three official languages: Russian, Crimean Tatar, and Ukrainian.
In addition, the head of the Crimean parliament commented on Ukrainians living in Russia, calling them “patriots of the Russian Federation and opponents of Nazism.”
