A construction company misappropriated 200,000 hryvnias intended for the renovation of a school

The contractor is under suspicion for allegedly taking nearly 200,000 hryvnias of charitable funds designated for the reconstruction of a gymnasium in Bucha district.

A contract was made between a local council in the Kyiv region, an entrepreneur, and a charity organization for the repair works on the gymnasium, which was damaged due to conflict. The entrepreneur has been notified about the suspicions.

Recently, journalists uncovered corruption within the military involved in renovating a dormitory in Lviv Oblast and conducting extensive repairs on heating systems at the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Petro Sagaidachny. Criminal investigations have been initiated for these two incidents.
