About a third of conscripts summoned have arrived at the territorial recruitment center of the Kherson region in response to the drafted notices

In more than a month, starting from November 16, 2023, approximately 800 individuals in the Kherson region received draft notices. However, only about a third of them, around 300 residents, showed up for the medical examination.

This was disclosed by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Alexander Prokudin, during a city press conference.

“Some individuals who did not appear for the commission have been declared wanted by the police. Criminal proceedings have been initiated against some. As far as I know, there are four criminal cases related to evasion,” stated the head of the regional military administration.

Out of the 300 who underwent the medical examination, nearly 90 individuals have already been conscripted into the army, Prokudin added.
