The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has submitted the long-awaited draft law on mobilization to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The document is titled “Draft Law on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine to Improve Certain Issues of Mobilization, Military Registration, and Military Service.”
As of now, the text of the draft law has not been published.
Earlier, journalists released the main provisions of the draft law, which include:
- Military registration abroad.
- Solely voluntary mobilization of women.
- Mandatory independent appearance to clarify data.
- Restrictions for draft dodgers.
- Mobilization of police officers and prosecutors.
- “Temporary” allowance of Group 2 disability as a reason for deferment.
