This information indicated by the results of a survey conducted by the “Rating” group.
The number of individuals unwilling to make plans for the near future has increased from 46 to 49% compared to the pre-war period. Meanwhile, the percentage of people planning their future several years ahead has decreased from 23 to 12% during the same period.
Sixty percent believe that during wartime, significant limitations should be placed on entertainment and purchases. Over the two years of war, these figures have remained almost unchanged. Conversely, 36% believe the opposite: that one should strive to live a full life during wartime. This opinion is more common among residents of Kyiv and the occupied territories. On the other hand, residents of western regions are more inclined to agree with the necessity of limitations.
This question has shown the most disparity among respondents based on age and income: younger and wealthier individuals are much more inclined to desire a full life, compared to older and poorer individuals, the majority of whom support self-restraint.
The survey was conducted on November 22-23 and involved 1000 participants.
