Another criminal case has been opened against Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky.

According to Leshchenko, Alexei Martynov, co-founder of the “Privat” group, recently filed a complaint with the State Bureau of Investigation against his former partners—Kolomoisky and Hennadiy Boholiubov. He accuses them of fraud involving corporate rights.

Previously, Martynov had announced plans to sue Kolomoisky and Boholiubov after learning about Boholiubov’s intention to sell part of their assets without his approval.

It is worth noting that Boholiubov managed to leave Ukraine earlier this summer amid rumors of a possible criminal case being opened against him. It was reported that he left the country accompanied by a close relative, though official records do not show him crossing the border. Authorities later discovered that Boholiubov exited the country using an invalid Ukrainian passport, which still physically remains in Ukraine.

Kolomoisky, on the other hand, has been held in pre-trial detention since last year, facing multiple criminal charges.
