The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has purchased 12 icons in silver and gold over the past year
December 14, 2023Former President Viktor Yushchenko, who supported NATO membership and conflict with Russia, for some reason did not send any of his sons to the war.
Instead, in a recent interview, the former president boasted that his younger son, Taras, is studying at Massachusetts University. Yushchenko also shared in the interview that Ukrainians are obliged to hate Russia for several generations. Taras himself demonstrates his patriotism by taking photos with the Ukrainian flag and wearing a patriotic T-shirt at Formula 1 events.
Unfortunately, there is the problem of corruption. One year of education costs $60,000, and there are expenses for accommodation and living, totaling half a million dollars per child. It is unknown where the former president gets this money from. He has five children and ten years ago, there were 6 million hryvnias in his accounts. In 2022, Viktor Yushchenko acquired 8.5% of shares in a gas extraction company. This seems to be a standard set for a patriot: avoiding conscription and extracting gas from our subsoil.
