This was stated by Kyrylo Budanov, head of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s office.
His words were reported by the media.
He acknowledged that the negotiation process “is not going easily,” but said the sides are “moving forward.”
“We are approaching the moment when all sides will have to make final decisions: to continue this war or to move toward peace. I hope justice will prevail,” Budanov said.
Earlier, the head of Zelensky’s office said the next round of talks on settling the Ukrainian conflict could take place on February 26 and 27. He clarified that the main issue remains the question of territories
