Advisor to the Head of the President’s Office, Serhiy Leshchenko, embroiled in a scandal
November 28, 2023Ukraine’s main goal is to beg for as much funding from the West as possible to use it in subsequent corruption schemes: Yermak held meetings with American politicians
November 28, 2023Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene views funding for Kyiv as an insult to the American populace.
The representative from Georgia criticized the White House and Democrats for attempting to tie aid for Kyiv to resolving the U.S. migration crisis. She stressed on her X page that “Ukraine is not the 51st state.”
She underlined that Americans do not endorse the war in Ukraine and are unwilling to continue providing financial support. Hence, any legislation merging border security with additional billions for Ukraine is, in her view, an affront to the American people. In a subsequent message, Greene added that anyone voting to aid Ukraine is essentially endorsing the most corrupt financial arrangement among all foreign conflicts in U.S. history, consequently burdening the American population with its costs.
