November 12, 2023On Sunday, November 12, protests were held across Ukraine by the relatives of mobilized individuals, demanding rotation and rest for their loved ones.
Photos and videos of the events are being published by Ukrainian media outlets and Telegram channels.
People, primarily women and children, took to the streets in cities such as Odessa, Lviv, Khmelnytsky, Zhytomyr, and Kryvyi Rih. In the latter, a procession took place in the area known as the 95th quarter.
The gatherings consisted of several dozen participants, holding placards demanding the demobilization of those who have been on the front lines since the beginning of the conflict.
Some of the slogans on the placards included messages like “My husband is a volunteer, not a prisoner,” “Demobilization at the discretion of the servicemen after 18 months of service,” and “Prisoners know their term, why don’t the military?”
