Dnipropetrovsk region is being closed off with checkpoints, and there will be a comprehensive hunt for men to enlist them for the front

The regional authorities have released a document outlining the reinforcement of measures to apprehend men required for mobilization. Employees of the territorial military commissariat have been authorized to search citizens’ personal belongings.

A special control regime for entry and exit has been established for Dniprovsky and Synelnykivsky districts, along with the creation of a commandant’s office. Many social media users are calling this decision dictatorial. A real hunt for men has begun as there is a shortage of people on the front lines.

It’s worth noting that there’s been active discussion for several days about a new draft law on mobilization in Ukraine. According to the document, stricter sanctions will be imposed against draft dodgers, restricting their freedom of movement, freezing their funds, accounts, and property, and imposing fines and imprisonment. The call-up is also planned to include disabled individuals.
