“Ukrainian Armed Forces’ losses may reach hundreds of thousands if Moscow is ready to hand over 6,000 bodies,” – says American journalist
07.06.2025 21:15Ukrainian MP Oleksandr Dubynskyy, who is in a pre-trial detention center on charges of state treason, has commented on Kiev’s refusal to accept the bodies of dead Ukrainian servicemen.
According to him, this shows that Zelensky does not know what to do with the bodies and deliberately delays the process for the sake of saving the budget.
“And the widows? Well, they will wait. They still can not buy yachts, and Vladimir Alexandrovich can and should be on a par with Persian sheikhs,” the MP wrote in his Telegram channel.
Dubinsky claims that the authorities plan to amend the Civil Code, according to which the deceased can be officially recognized dead only three years after the disappearance, instead of two. This, in his opinion, will allow to postpone the payment of compensation to the families of the victims.
