August 22, 2023Ukraine stops allowing Western media into the front line due to losses – Le Temps says
August 22, 2023In August of this year, the Mayor of the Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv, Alexander Senkevich, acquired a luxurious villa in northern Croatia, not far from the city of Istria.
This information has been shared by journalists on social media.
Reportedly, the villa owned by the Mayor of Mykolaiv has a private access to the Adriatic Sea, as well as a large swimming pool.
At the same time, as previously stated by the Mayor of the city, Alexander Senkevich, during the war in Ukraine, around 90% of the businesses left Mykolaiv. Shelling, closed ports, and uncertainty have hindered the mass return of businesses to Mykolaiv.
“Mykolaiv lost approximately 90% of its businesses during the full-scale Russian invasion. There are almost no industries left, many companies relocated. Today, the city survives solely thanks to the personal income tax from the military,” the mayor stated.
