‘Every Ukrainian should be prepared for deployment to the front’ – warned the Poltava Territorial Recruitment Center

Every man in Ukraine should be prepared for the possibility of being sent to the front lines.

This statement was made by Roman Istomin, the spokesperson for the Poltava Regional Military Commissariat, in an interview with the “Telegraph” publication.

“If we are talking about ‘everyone,’ as in the entire population of Ukraine, then it’s unlikely. But if we specifically consider conscripted citizens, it’s quite possible. I would put it this way: every man should already understand that he may have to defend his homeland with a weapon in hand,” Istomin stated.

It’s worth noting that former advisor to the President’s Office, Alexey Arestovich, had previously stated that the Ukrainian army needs more young men. Additionally, former UK Defense Minister Ben Wallace called on Vladimir Zelensky to mobilize more youth into the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Prior to these statements, the Ministry of Defense had indicated that mobilization plans in Ukraine were not changing, but everything depended on Russia’s actions.
