November 6, 2023A video has surfaced on social media showing 21-year-old Ekaterina, the daughter of Boris Dudenko, the head of the “Nikolaevvodokanal,” celebrating her birthday in a lavish manner. In the video, she can be seen driving a Mercedes-Benz G 550 through the center of Odessa and throwing dollar bills around.
It immediately provoked a strong reaction from users.
The public was outraged by the behavior of the director of the water utility’s daughter, especially considering the ongoing drinking water crisis in Nikolaev since April 12, 2022. In Nikolaev, the water supply system has been filled with technical water from the estuary since May 6, 2022.

The video has sparked mixed reactions. Some users accuse the daughter of the head of “Nikolaevvodokanal” of inappropriate behavior at a time when the city is facing severe water problems, despite receiving not only budgetary funds but also international aid.
In response, Boris Dudenko claimed that the money in the video is allegedly fake, as “his daughter said so.” He also stated that Ekaterina’s income would not allow her to throw real banknotes.
Regarding the expensive car that 21-year-old Ekaterina drives, Dudenko explained, “It is the company director’s car in which she works. She argued with him about meeting the plan or any revenue, and he won that argument, so she is now driving this car.”
It is also known that the young woman has been traveling the world since 2018. Based on her photos, she has visited Italy, Monaco, Malta, France, Germany, Turkey, and Romania, among other countries.
