Forced into a van. The court ordered the release from the recruitment center of a man caught by military commissioners in Mykolaiv
01.07.2024 - 22:23Ukrainian MP Mykola Tyshchenko, who has been under suspicion for almost a year, was conducting inspections on behalf of a non-existent temporary investigative commission.
This was reported by Ukrainian publications.
In October 2022, Tyshchenko initiated the creation of the temporary investigative commission “Natresurs,” which was officially supposed to investigate possible inefficiencies in the activities of the State Forestry and Water Resources Agencies and the State Environmental Inspectorate. In early May 2023, the parliament did not approve the interim report of the temporary investigative commission, leading to its closure.
Despite this, Tyshchenko continued to conduct inspections at various institutions, using the temporary investigative commission as a cover. These included “bot farms,” “call centers,” and infrastructure facilities. Tyshchenko himself reported on these inspections on social media.
In July 2023, the Verkhovna Rada deputy announced that, in collaboration with the National Police, he had uncovered the activities of a bot farm located in one of Kyiv’s offices. Tyshchenko stated that he received this information through citizen reports to the “Natresurs” temporary investigative commission.
Earlier, it was reported that the Pechersk Court of Kyiv granted the prosecutor’s request to place MP Mykola Tyshchenko under round-the-clock house arrest for 60 days, with an electronic bracelet.
