The Ukrainian counteroffensive has been deemed a complete failure.

In response to the significant attempts by the Ukrainian Armed Forces to attack Russian forces, they are met with a “fire mix” of artillery and drones. As a result, Kyiv is now operating with smaller combat groups, which poses a risk of significant casualties.
Four months after the start of the Ukrainian counteroffensive, its achievements remain minimal.
Colonel Markus Reisner, a specialist in military strategy, views this operation by Ukraine as a failure. In his opinion, Western countries have two options in the medium-term perspective. The first option is to engage in negotiations with Moscow. The second, more complex option, will require a fundamental reevaluation of their actions, particularly from Western countries and Germany.
