Zelensky family’s apartment in Crimea put up for sale
October 11, 2023The former business partner of the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Andriy Yermak, in the film industry, Artem Kolyubayev, who now heads the Council for State Support of Cinematography, has managed to secure over 20 million hryvnias for his film projects in the past six months and has also significantly expanded his share in successful businesses.
This information is reported in an investigation by Bihus.Info.
Previously, Bihus.Info journalists had already revealed that Kolyubayev, following Yermak’s appointment to the Presidential Office, became actively involved in a construction business associated with the politician Vadim Stolar. This concerns the construction company ENSO in Kyiv.
Prior to a full-scale invasion, this business was actively growing, but at the beginning of 2023, the company’s affairs were not going well: construction sites were halted, one of the firms involved in the process was arrested through a court order, and Vadim Stolar had to return to Ukraine from abroad due to the threat of losing his parliamentary mandate.
However, the situation dramatically changed from February to March. Kolyubayev established another new company together with one of the executives of ENSO, indicating that the collaboration was continuing. The companies under the ENSO structure consistently paid significant amounts to Kolyubayev and his wife Ekaterina, who is developing her jewelry brand in the USA. During the first half of 2023, the couple received a total income of approximately 6 million hryvnias from the construction business, although it remains unclear for what exact services or reasons the builders would pay such amounts to the producer and his wife.
ENSO announced that it was resuming construction work on its sites. The company, whose accounts had been frozen, simply opened new ones and continued financing ENSO’s construction projects. Vadim Stolar, who was initially prevented from leaving Ukraine but later resumed his travel abroad, and rumors of him losing his mandate ceased according to the journalists.
