The expenditure estimate includes the president’s international visits and domestic air transportation within Ukraine.
The State Aviation Enterprise “Ukraine” will handle the air transport for the president. Specifically, around 1.9 million euros are planned for foreign air transport, while 50,000 euros are allocated for domestic flights.
Essentially, the majority of the Ukrainian president’s time will be dedicated to international voyages rather than visits to regions or the front line.
