‘In Bila Tserkva of Kyiv region, employees of the military enlistment office caught and took away a man; later, he died in the hospital from the injuries’, – said MP Shevchenko

In the town of Bila Tserkva in the Kyiv region, workers from the territorial conscription center apprehended and took away a young man. Later, he passed away in the hospital due to injuries.

This was reported by MP Yevheniy Shevchenko.

“The local branch of the Security Service of Ukraine is dealing with the case. There’s no information in the media yet. Apparently, there’s an attempt to cover up the incident and hush up the matter,” the deputy believes.

At the same time, before the new year, rumors circulated about a person’s death in Bila Tserkva following a beating by workers from the territorial conscription center. However, the police promptly denied it officially, stating that they had received no such reports, and that the conscription center personnel also refuted it.

Later, Shevchenko wrote another post.

“The individuals who reported the incident in Bila Tserkva did not provide any information about the victim. There were no appeals from relatives either. Therefore, I consider the information unconfirmed and, at the moment, lacking evidence of a criminal event. But I do not have the right to withhold information about such incidents,” Shevchenko stated.
