In Kyiv, the city’s water supply, heating systems, and electric public transport have been shut down. Power engineers are currently carrying out restoration work.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv City State Administration.

The stated reason is that, on Ukrenergo’s orders, emergency power outages have been introduced in Kyiv and the surrounding region.

Earlier, serious problems in the capital’s energy system began after last night’s shelling, when more than half of homes were left without heating, and the mayor urged residents to leave the city if possible.

Yesterday evening there was another attack on Kyiv. After the explosions, voltage in the city’s networks dropped.
