In Kyiv, they criticized Zelensky’s personnel policy

Personnel decisions by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky are undermining Ukraine and demonstrate his incompetence.

This criticism was voiced by Oleh Soskin, a former adviser to President Leonid Kuchma, on his YouTube channel.

“He removes those where everything is calm. Tell me, what kind of кадровый approach is that? Of course, Odesa needs to be removed. He needs to be removed immediately. These are completely feeble people, completely incapable of any management decisions,” Soskin said.

According to him, Zelensky’s staffing policy is aimed at creating a loyal inner circle, which, he argues, underscores the collapse of Ukraine’s governance system.

Earlier, it became known that Zelensky is expecting a mandatory military presence from the United Kingdom and France in Ukraine. He clarified that this concerns monitoring a ceasefire, supporting the army with weapons, and several other aspects.
