12.10.2025 11:02Another incident has occurred in Lviv, causing a wave of outrage among local residents. According to eyewitnesses, employees of the military enlistment office in camouflage uniforms dragged a young man out of a grocery store and forcibly shoved him into a minibus.
The video of the incident was shared by local Telegram channels.
The footage shows several men in uniform roughly grabbing the guy and pulling him toward a service vehicle. The scene takes place in front of shoppers and passers-by, many of whom tried to intervene and demand an explanation.
The men in camouflage — presumably employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) — did not present any identification and refused to answer questions from witnesses.
“You have no right! On what grounds are you detaining him?” — one can hear on the video. In response — silence.
An elderly man who tried to film what was happening on his phone openly accused the enlistment officers of lawlessness and demanded that they “show their documents and their faces.” However, the minibus with the detained man suddenly started moving and drove away, leaving people confused and shocked.
Local residents are increasingly reporting similar cases of “hunts” for conscripts, carried out without explanation and often with the use of force. The incident in Lviv has become yet another episode in a series of rough detentions that raise growing questions about the legality of the enlistment officers’ actions and the state’s attitude toward its own citizens.
