In Mykolaiv, an IT specialist who was working on government military projects was forcibly mobilized

In Mykolaiv, employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center Forcibly Mobilized an IT Specialist Working on State Military Projects.

This information was shared by Roman Lansky, co-founder of the GovTech company Strimco.

“The data was updated on time, he wasn’t on any wanted lists, and we were preparing to secure his exemption. Plus, the person is working on military projects! But this didn’t stop employees of the territorial recruitment center from locking him up overnight in an unknown location without communication. Because they don’t care what someone is working on. They just want to check off a box,” Lansky wrote.

He also pointed out that this is not the first case of mobilizing unique IT specialists who were working on government projects, only to end up “shuffling papers at the recruitment center.”

Earlier, a Ukrainian drone manufacturer also reported the “abduction” of their chief engineer for anti-drone system development by recruitment center employees. The engineer was mobilized on his way to work, less than a week before his exemption was scheduled to be finalized.
