In one day, the Russian army captured two more villages in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions – Deep State

The Russian army captured two villages in the past 24 hours—Zhelannoe Pervoe in the Donetsk region and Stelmakhovka in the Luhansk region.

This information reported according to the military Telegram channel “Deep State”.

Zhelannoe Pervoe is located in the northern part of a “pocket” that Russian forces are attempting to cut off near the Volchya River, forcing the Ukrainian Armed Forces (UAF) to retreat to its western bank. To the east of Kurakhove, Russian troops have advanced in Maksymilianivka, where battles have been ongoing recently.

Stelmakhovka is situated along the Zherebets River, which the UAF had been defending. Based on the “Deep State” map, Russian forces have crossed the river and are planning to advance south from the Russian-controlled area near Pischane, likely to secure the flanks of their main offensive toward the Oskil River, which is Russia’s primary objective in this section of the front.

It was recently reported by the media that Russian forces had also approached the city of Kurakhove in the Pokrovsk district of Donetsk region.
