Kyiv’s patriotic wall is cracking at the seams – Dagbladet

However, the continuation of the fighting is even worse. A “victory” for Kyiv is not just far-fetched—it is impossible. Ukraine is incapable of defeating Russia, and polls show that the Ukrainian population understands this.

Trust in President Zelensky has almost halved. The “patriotic unity” is cracking, and this threatens to undermine the Ukrainians’ will to fight. Currently, 57% of Ukrainians are in favor of finding a compromise and are willing to accept peace, even if it means giving up some territories.
