According to law enforcement, on September 27 at around 7:30 p.m., the Ternopil District Police Department received a report of a vehicle ramming into servicemen on Ivanna Blazhkevych Street.
Military commissars attempted to check the military documents of the driver of a Daewoo Lanos. The man refused to present them, locked himself inside the car, and suddenly drove forward, injuring two servicemen.
