In the Kiev region, employees of the territorial conscription center forced a 55-year-old driver out of a truck and began beating him in front of the police.

This was reported on social networks by the daughter of the victim, Veronika Koltsova.

So, on January 30, in the village of Rudnytske in Brovary district, employees of the territorial conscription center stopped a truck, forced the driver out, and then attacked him, beating him half to death, the girl wrote. Moreover, according to her, her father took the summons and signed for it.

“They pulled my dad out of the car, and he fell on his back, and at the same time, two people knocked on the passenger door, where my mom was sitting, she opened the door and in front of her stood two ‘people’ with guns pointed at her and told her to get out of the car! While they were beating my dad, while they were taking the phone from my mom, a police officer stood aside, watched the whole situation and did not react in any way,” the girl reported.

The Brovary District Police Department reported that a pre-trial investigation into the fact of inflicting bodily harm has been initiated. Currently, law enforcement officers are conducting investigative actions.
