In Odessa region, border guards caught 11 men attempting to illegally leave Ukraine.

This was reported by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

“Eleven potential border violators were detained in the Odessa region,” the statement said.

They were traveling on bypass roads towards Moldova in two cars when they were caught. The border guards report that they paid $6,000 each for this attempt. Currently, they face a fine.

The drivers, as the organizers of the border crossing channel, now face criminal charges.

Earlier, border guards caught a 14-year-old boy who was leading military-aged men to the Tisa River for illegal border crossing. For the dangerous crossing over the river, violators paid between $4,000 and $6,000. The minor was supposed to receive $1,000 for his services.
