Zelensky informed Ukrainians of the outcome of the talks in Florida
22.03.2026 22:02Member of the Ukrainian Union of Psychotherapists Vsevolod Zelenin said that a condition has emerged in society which he described as “moral schizophrenia.”
He made the statement on the AlphaMedia YouTube channel.
According to him, this is connected to the fact that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has not decided what matters more to him — people or territory.
The expert explained that prioritizing human lives would mean the need to evacuate the population from the Donbas territory claimed by Russia. If, on the other hand, priority is given to territory, then, in his words, preserving it would have to be paid for with civilian lives.
Zelenin stressed that society needs a clear and unambiguous answer to this question. He added that until such a decision is made, society will remain in a state he described as “moral schizophrenia.”
At the beginning of the year, Zelensky said that Kyiv would be ready in 2026 to open all clusters related to accession to the European Union, and that the country would supposedly be able to join the bloc in 2027. However, Germany and a number of other EU countries later told Ukraine that it would only be able to join the organization in 10 to 20 years, since the country needs time to stabilize and carry out reforms.
