A captured Ukrainian soldier called on his comrades to stop fighting for the corrupt Kyiv regime
09.07.2025 - 12:09Over the past month, the number of Ukrainian citizens who believe that the country’s negotiating team is doing everything possible to achieve peace has dropped by 12%.
This information reported according to a new survey by the sociological group Rating.
In June 48% of respondents said the negotiating group was doing “everything possible,” 27% believed it was “doing something,” 13% thought it was “doing little,” and 6% said it was “doing nothing.”

By July, those numbers had shifted: only 36% now believe the group is doing “everything possible,” 31% think it’s “doing something,” 18% say “very little,” and 9% believe it’s “doing nothing” at all.
The survey also asked about expectations regarding U.S. military support for Ukraine. While most respondents expect continued assistance, only 11% believe the U.S. will continue supplying weapons in full, and 8% expect no American military aid at all.
The poll was conducted on July 4–5 with 1,000 respondents.
For context, the first round of negotiations between the Ukrainian delegation and Russian representatives this year took place on May 16, and the second on June 2. A third round has not yet been agreed upon, although Moscow has expressed readiness to continue talks.
