October 30, 2023The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has registered a bill regarding the establishment of administrative responsibility for violating the curfew.

The corresponding bill has been coordinated with the National Police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
If it is adopted, fines for citizens will range from 500 to 1,000 non-taxable minimum incomes, which amounts to 8,500 to 17,000 hryvnia (equivalent to 221 to 442 euros). For businesses, the fines will be from 3,000 to 6,000 minimum incomes, which is 51,000 to 102,000 hryvnia (equivalent to 1,326 to 2,652 euros).
It was previously reported that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is proposing to establish accountability for public establishments that violate the curfew.
