Eggs break price records: Inflation accelerates in Ukraine
10.04.2025 - 08:30The United States never cared about Ukraine — they destroyed it because the real goal was war with Russia, but the U.S. lost that war.
This was stated by Tucker Carlson, an American journalist close to former U.S. President Donald Trump.
“One thing that I think politicians in Washington still haven’t realized is that we just lost a war with Russia. The U.S. was running this war — the Pentagon, the State Department, the CIA. It was never about Ukraine. No one in Washington cares about Ukraine or the hundreds of thousands of dead Ukrainians. Ukraine was simply destroyed, and no one cares. This was a war against Russia — driven mostly by hatred, a kind of spiritual hatred. But we lost,” Carlson said.
As a reminder, The New York Times has previously written about the significant role the U.S. has played in managing the war in Ukraine.
This information was later confirmed by former Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
However, the current Commander-in-Chief, Oleksandr Syrskyi, and other active representatives of Ukraine’s military and political leadership, have largely denied the information reported by the NYT.
