A document signed by the capital’s mayor, Vitaliy Klitschko, has been published today on the website of the Kiev city council, depriving Kiev’s Orthodox sanctuaries of their right to use land on the grounds that they are allegedly linked to the Moscow Patriarchate.
Some are to be declared illegally built and demolished.
