06.08.2026 07:06In Poltava region, employees of a Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) forcibly mobilized a man who had been removed from the military register due to his health condition.
This was reported by Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.
According to available information, the man had been removed from the military register due to a number of chronic illnesses — in particular, he had suffered a stroke and had heart problems. His mother provided the TRC with copies of documents confirming her son’s removal from the military register, and his corresponding status was displayed in the “Reserve+” application. Despite this, the man underwent a military medical commission and was mobilized.
Lubinets had previously reported similar cases. According to him, people with mental disorders were being held at the TRC in Ternopil. In addition, in Dnipro, military commissars took away a man with epilepsy and a concussion directly on his way to a hospital examination.
