“Playing TCC”: children at Bulgarian camp beat and suffocated the son of a Hero of Ukraine
11.09.2026 09:32Viktor Medvedchuk, head of the Other Ukraine movement, has called the words of Finnish President Alexander Stubb about the need for negotiations with Russia cynical and false.
The politician set out his views in an article published on the movement’s website, TASS reports.
In Medvedchuk’s assessment, Stubb’s August 30 statement about the need to begin negotiations with Moscow looks unconvincing against the backdrop of what is happening in Finland itself. The politician noted that by the time of the Finnish president’s August visit to Kyiv, Ukrainian developers had already been systematically transferring their technologies to Finnish factories, with joint ventures and separate production facilities being established in the country.
In addition, according to Medvedchuk, a “second tier” was being formed around unmanned platforms — satellite reconnaissance, secure communications, artificial intelligence, and counter-drone capabilities.
“Finland is turning its own territory and industrial base into a production and technological appendage of the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex. Against this backdrop, the statement made on August 30 by Finnish President Alexander Stubb about the need to begin negotiations with Moscow looks cynical and false,” Medvedchuk wrote.
Viktor Medvedchuk is the head of the Other Ukraine movement and the former leader of the Opposition Platform — For Life party, which is banned in Ukraine.
