Former spokesperson for Volodymyr Zelensky, Yulia Mendel, has stated that the president’s attempt to pressure Russia through an escalation of drone strikes has produced no political results.
She wrote about this on her Telegram channel.
According to Mendel, Ukraine itself has suffered the most from the so-called “pressure operation.”
“From Zelensky’s ‘pressure operation’ — long-range drone strikes — Ukraine has suffered the most: more escalation and destruction, zero political results,” Mendel wrote.
The post was published on September 29. Mendel previously held the position of Zelensky’s spokesperson before leaving the role.
