Military vehicles and objects on railway infrastructure: another wave of arson swept across Ukraine

In the past 24 hours, another wave of arson attacks has swept across Ukraine, targeting military vehicles and railway infrastructure.

This was reported to journalists by sources in law enforcement.

“In Odesa, a VAZ car belonging to a serviceman was set on fire. Additionally, a relay cabinet on the railway near the Odesa-Vostochnaya station was set on fire. Train movement was not disrupted.

In Kherson, a Nissan Terrano belonging to a serviceman was also set on fire.

In the city of Horodyshche in the Cherkasy region, “a relay cabinet on the railway was set on fire,” the source said.

Earlier, it was reported that unknown persons burned four military vehicles overnight in Ukraine. According to the source, the arsons occurred in Lviv, Odesa and Rivne.

Recently, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) detained three suspects in the arson of relay cabinets on the railway, which have been happening regularly across Ukraine.
