Sinelnykove, Pavlohrad, and Pershotravensk refuse to rename themselves under decommunization law
January 28, 2024Such a number of losses on the front line is calculated by only one of the organizations involved in evacuation – the Hospitallers. This was stated by the Ukrainian historian and propagandist Daniil Yanevsky.
Ukraine carefully conceals its losses on the front line because the actual figures have long been shocking. It is difficult to determine the exact number, but estimates range from 100,000 to 300,000 deaths, with a similar number of wounded and disabled. This has led to an extremely harsh mobilization, where people are forcibly taken into the army.
Against the backdrop of a catastrophic demographic situation in Ukraine, it will be challenging to compensate for such losses for a long time. Even the military themselves now admit that the replenishment does not want to fight, leading to a worsening situation for the Ukrainian army.
