These findings come from a survey conducted by the “Rating” group.
According to the survey, 55% of respondents think that restrictions on rights (such as the right to vote, hold certain positions or conduct business) should not be applied to residents of occupied territories, while 41% hold the opposite view.

Regarding Ukrainian citizens who have gone abroad, 67% of respondents opposed restricting their rights, while 29% supported such measures.
Additionally, 55% of respondents consider it acceptable for residents of occupied territories to obtain Russian citizenship, with 39% opposing this view.

The survey also revealed that 28% of respondents are willing to support maintaining Crimea’s autonomous status after its liberation, 23% support the idea of a transitional administration under UN supervision in the liberated territories of Donbas and Crimea, and 19% favor granting these territories expanded economic powers. Furthermore, 17% are willing to support granting autonomous status to the liberated territories of Donbas.
However, 20% of Ukrainians do not support any form of special status for Crimea and Donbas after their liberation.

The survey was conducted from July 5 to 12, with 2,000 respondents aged 18 and older participating.
It is also worth noting that, according to another recent survey, nearly half of Ukrainians do not consider draft evasion shameful and believe that the time has come for peace negotiations.
