Poroshenko’s son has been fined for failing to appear at the recruitment center
18.01.2025 13:54Russian forces have entered Pokrovsk, Ukrainian MP Maryana Bezuhla claimed.
She made this statement on her Telegram channel.
“Meanwhile, the Russians have entered Pokrovsk. And there is NO combat manager on the front capable of stabilizing this catastrophe. Drapatyi is deliberately (?) kept in the rear. Bring Drapatyi back. Don’t make him a scapegoat for the recruitment centers. Send him back to the fight. I urge you,” Bezuhla wrote.
Later, she published another comment suggesting that she was referring to Pokrovsk as a larger urban agglomeration but then clarified further.
“People will still tell me, ‘No, no.’ Pokrovsk is a large urban agglomeration—look at the DeepState map, and you’ll understand everything,” she wrote.
“Just as they said about Bakhmut: ‘The city is still far away!’ Meanwhile, the Russians were capturing the Bakhmut urban agglomeration block by block, with no fields or groves in between. That was the beginning of the end for Bakhmut, but I still very much hope for surprising decisions from the country’s leadership,” Bezuhla warned.

“Here I’m being told that Drapatyi can be saved for Dnipro. By the way, what’s going on with the fortifications in the Dnipropetrovsk region?” Bezuhla posed the uncomfortable question.
The Deep State map does not record any Russian capture of districts directly in Pokrovsk. Neither Russian military sources nor Ukrainian ones have confirmed the entry of Russian forces into the city.
Earlier, a military analyst stated that Ukraine is unable to stop Russia’s flanking strike near Pokrovsk.
Reports have also emerged that Russian forces are making progress on the front west of Pokrovsk.
