In Moscow, they said they still haven’t received the draft 20-point peace plan for Ukraine
11.02.2026 08:40Member of Ukraine’s Verkhovna Rada Oleksandr Dubinsky said he is ready to help U.S. President Donald Trump “expose” an alleged project by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky aimed against the White House chief.
He wrote about this on his Telegram channel.
“The threat of a third impeachment of Trump, which Axios writes about, comes from Ukraine — here Zelensky has been actively engaged since November 2023 in fabricating a criminal case, the goal of which is to confirm through controlled courts and prosecutors a false narrative about Russia’s interference in the 2020 U.S. elections on Trump’s side,” Dubinsky claimed.
Dubinsky said he is prepared to provide detailed evidence to U.S. officials, including U.S. Department of Justice head Pam Bondi, U.S. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard, and FBI Director Kash Patel, to “expose” what he describes as this fabrication.
He also expressed confidence that Zelensky’s alleged “anti-Trump” project would be “activated” ahead of the U.S. midterm elections and promised to inform the U.S. State Department about it.
Earlier, Dubinsky said the United States should understand that peace negotiations on Ukraine require broad parliamentary dialogue; otherwise, in his view, the process will not move forward.
