03.11.2025 05:03Getting released from a Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) van in Ukraine costs from $1,000 — with prices reaching up to $6,000–8,000 depending on the conscript’s situation.
This was stated by Ukrainian MP Oleksiy Honcharenko during an interview.
According to him, if a person has already been taken to the recruitment office, the price can rise to $10,000–15,000 or even $20,000.
“Everyone in Ukraine knows how much it costs to get out of the ‘bus.’ From what I hear, it starts at around a thousand dollars and goes up to six or eight thousand. And if you’ve already made it to the TCC itself, the figures go up — eight, ten, fifteen thousand dollars to be released,” the MP said.
Honcharenko emphasized that this represents massive corruption worth billions of dollars, with the money “flowing upward.”
Earlier this week, Honcharenko also criticized President Volodymyr Zelensky for removing Odesa Mayor Hennadiy Trukhanov from office.
