Mykhailo Podolyak criticized the statement of the head of the UN International Commission for Ukraine Erik Möse, who said that no signs of genocide have yet been recorded in Ukraine.

“What is political toothlessness and indirect encouragement of a criminal? An endless master class from the UN. Indeed, the Russians came to kill us … kindly, en masse. Precisely Ukrainians, but without premeditation. And missiles kindly fly into cities every night. And an attempt to destroy power infrastructure in winter to let people die from frost is completely accidental and a full-scale war lasting more than 560 days, in which hundreds of Ukrainian cities and villages will be destroyed to the ground, is strictly within the acceptable “non-genocide,”” writes Podolyak.

He believes that with such statements, the UN encourages the Russian Federation to continue waging its “correct war”, “where there is a bit of massacre, arson, rape on ethno-state soil.”
